deLiberateTHEATRE is a new theatre initiative targeting 16-25 year olds who are in part-time employment/ education or are NEET and wish to pursue a career in the Performing Arts. Initially a voluntary venture, participants will be recruited within the area that they are particularly interested (i.e. Performer/ Technical/ Backstage/ Front of House/ Promotions) and will support the general management of the company under the leadership of Artistic Director Eve Haynes. The intention is that at least one toured performance will be initiated each year and, eventually, the company will introduce paid opportunities for these young people.
